The following photo is of a card I made for grandson, Blake, for his birthday. He really loved the little cowboy!! There is nothing better than making something with your own hands for those you love. ooops, the card somehow posted below everything else... just scroll down to see. Also you will see some other cards I have made. I have been making my DH a card for his birthday, which I will post with directions as soon as I figure out how!!!! LOL
These three items are things I made for members of my beautiful family in the past. The first is a doll for granddaughter,Tori when she was three, the second photo is of a scarf and purse I crocheted for my granddaughter, Delina. You can tell how proud of it she is by the big smile as she models it. The third is of my daughter, Betina's wedding shower centerpiece that I and her sis, Heather made. It is made of rolled towels tied and decorated. There is not much more satisfying than making something special for those you love. I know these post aren't done correctly but at least they are on here and I am actually Blogging.... I can't believe it. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to have a look. If you want to know how I made anything just send me an email or leave a comment. Wishing everyone a wonderful evening and an even greater tomorrow.

Brand New at Blogging

Please bear with me as I try to learn how to blog!!! Sorry about errors in advance but I am sure I will learn as I go... Thanks for everyone's patience.

This blog will be about scrapbooking, cardmaking, altered art, repurposed items, vintage items and art, antiques, new treasures discovered.

I am sitting here not really knowing what I am doing and butterflies in my stomach but with your patience and help, hopefully this will become a great blog; one to share on, learn on and above all enjoy the adventure of life.
